èvelan Bio-Molecular Reference: Analytical-grade Bacteriostatic Water for Injection (USP) formulated with 0.9% (9 mg/mL) benzyl alcohol preservative. Designated as the standardized reconstitution solvent for laboratory research into lyophilized peptides, recombinant proteins, and enzymatic assays requiring repeated multi-dose septum penetration.
Chemical & Analytical Specifications
Laboratory Reconstitution & Handling Protocol
To maintain sterility and peptide integrity, swab the vial septum with sterile 70% isopropyl alcohol prior to needle insertion. Using a sterile luer-lock syringe (27G to 30G), slowly introduce the diluent into the lyophilized peptide vial by directing the liquid stream down the interior glass wall. Allow the lyophilized powder to dissolve naturally through gentle circular swirling; avoid vigorous shaking or vortexing to prevent protein denaturing. Sealed vials should be stored at room temperature (15°C to 30°C). Post-puncture solutions must be maintained at 2°C to 8°C and utilized within 28 days.
